Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard. All transactions will be in Sterling.
Shipping
We can ship to any international address. Shipping methods and rates will be calculated according to your shipping address. Please allow 28 days for us to process, pack and ship your goods. Please contact us if you have any specific shipping requirements or enquiries regarding delivery times. When your shipment has been dispatched you will receive an email indicating when to expect delivery. A tracking number will be included so you can track your delivery online. Please note that any import duties which are incurred with an international shipment are the responsibility of the purchaser. You are welcome to collect your edition from London. Please contact us to arrange a suitable time.
Returns
If you are in any way unhappy with your goods you may send them back for an exchange or a full refund. Goods must be returned within 14 days of dispatch. We ask that you return the goods unused. We request that you please enclose the invoice supplied with your delivery. Please contact us before you do. Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (statutory rights not affected). Please note that we are not responsible for return postage. When you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your shipper. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
Pricing
Prices are subject to change. In order to be aware of any price changes or new launches we recommend you join the mailing list. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on the website, plus any charges for delivery if applicable. Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described, in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description, or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will at our discretion either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
